Temanit ® halogen-free flame-retardant plastics are an innovative combination of modified polyolefins for safety-related plastic components intended to be used in electrical and electronic applications.

Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art materials and additives, Temanit ® offers outstanding properties and a broad range of potential uses across all common processing methods.

Our plastics achieve low heat release rates (HRR) even at low wall thicknesses and have particularly low fume toxicity due to their favourable chemical composition. The products are characterised by excellent mechanical properties combined with high chemical resistance and very good process stability.

All materials are based on halogen-free flame-retardant material combinations and we deliberately forego the use of problematic chemicals. Our products comply with the latest version of the European Chemicals Regulation (REACH).
